  • Your Data Is Not Used for Training. With Privacy Mode on, your data is not used to train AI models, and the AI model providers operate under zero-data-retention agreements.
  • Encryption. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Independent Certifications. The vendor holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certifications, and Grok Bot is included in the ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 scope.
  • Isolation and Permissions. Each user gets an isolated cloud computer, and an assistant can only do what its user is allowed to do.
  • Protected Logins. Sign-ins for connected applications stay on the vendor's servers.
  • Single Sign-On. Sign-in through Microsoft Entra ID is supported.

Setup starts with short online wizards about how you work: Email Deployment (your inbox, replies and tasks), Calendar & Meetings (your schedule, meeting prep and follow-ups) and Daily Briefings & Reports (what you want to hear about each morning and week). Your answers are saved in your browser while you work and are only sent to Thrive when you press Send to Thrive at the end.
